1. Get ready:  Have your drink and place the Smoktail chimney on top of your drink. Ensure a tight seal.

 

2. Load the smoker : Place a small amount of wood chips into the chimney of the Smoktail Cocktail Smoker Kit.

 

3. Ignite the chips.   : Use the torch lighter to fire up the wood chips. Wait for 5-6 seconds until they begin to smolder

 

4. Capture the smoke: Let the smoke infuse the cocktail for about 20-30 seconds then lift the Smoktail away from the cocktail carefully
