1. Get ready: Have your drink and place the Smoktail chimney on top of your drink. Ensure a tight seal.
2. Load the smoker : Place a small amount of wood chips into the chimney of the Smoktail Cocktail Smoker Kit.
3. Ignite the chips. : Use the torch lighter to fire up the wood chips. Wait for 5-6 seconds until they begin to smolder
4. Capture the smoke: Let the smoke infuse the cocktail for about 20-30 seconds then lift the Smoktail away from the cocktail carefully

Awesome Product!
This was purchased as a gift for a friend who loves bourbon. It was impressively packaged and had everything he needed, except the butane for the torch. He was so excited, he busted it out during his birthday party to show off his new "toy" for some taste testing. I want one for myself now. It's on my list!

A weekend classic
I got the cocktail smoker kit for Christmas. First of all it is a stylish kit with really nice packaging. I use it weekly basis. I like drinking bourbon. It adds very earthy/woody flavor, which I like a lot. The preparation is a ritual. I enjoy preparing it as much as I enjoy the full body flavored drink.Unconventional user tip: I like eating yogurt and making dips. Try using it to make a flavored yogurt dip for your next party.
